Recruiting on behalf of a major public‑sector client, we’re supporting a large‑scale programme seeking an Azure Administrator to manage and optimise a secure, well‑governed Azure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Kubernetes clusters, including Istio and component updates
• Monitor resource usage, costs and identify orphaned assets
• Manage Entra ID users, groups and app registrations
• Triage security alerts and maintain least‑privilege access, NSGs and certificates
• Oversee platform logs, app performance, dashboards and alerts
• Triage and implement change requests
• Manage Azure DevOps users and permissions
• Monitor Azure Policy compliance and recommend remediations
• Automate operational tasks and remediations
• Perform OS patching, hardening and backup management

Required Experience:

• Strong Azure administration background
• Kubernetes management
• Entra ID and Azure DevOps administration
• Security monitoring and remediation
• Azure Policy and governance
• Automation skills
• OS patching, hardening and backup operations

Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restriction.
